What do you call Healthy?

What is healthy eating? Do we really know what healthy eating is when it comes to daily meals? There are many old diets, new diets, exercise plans, healthy recipes, and much more. Every individual is different, and what works for one may not work for the other. I think eating more fruits, vegetables, and baked meats are great, but it doesn't stop there. Overall lower your intake of grease, high calorie foods, and sweets. You have to watch what you eat and do not over eat. What about vitamins? Does your daily vitamin intake give you that boost towards being healthy. Yes! Vitamins should remain a good part of your everyday intake. Sometimes it's complicated with so many healthy eating tips out here today. I suggest do what works for you and make you feel great when speaking on healthy eating & living. I've read where many people are now taking the 50 Million Pound Challenge. No matter what you do to stay healthy give it your all. Nothing is easy and a challenge is what gives you that push. I personally feel you should become health smart in all areas of your life, because one thing triggers another. It's important to stay healthy physically and mentally just like eating. All are all very important. The objective is to keep the body healthy, treat it right, and stay health smart.
